Daily Expectations

• Send minimum daily video count
• All videos passed quality control
• All follow-ups sent
• All tracking for the day is reported
• Attended any and all required meetings

Monthly KPI's

• Sent a MINIMUM of 60 videos out
• All videos passed quality control
• All tracking for the day is reported
• Attended any and all required meetings

Bottom Thresholds (if you fall below these - you will need to be placed on a watchlist for improvements or termination)

• If you have 3 quality control issues you will not be allowed to send any more videos and will need to be re-trained
• If you are NOT active for more than a week of sending videos on behalf of Nadabot (outside of alerting us of vacation time or leave time)
• If you miss more than 4 meetings in a row unannounced
